Wood Tech at Tamaki College

I had a awesome time making my chopper with Mr Tomas at Tamaki College.  I liked using all of the tools because some of them I had never used before.

I asked the little boy who cannot see,

‘Why blue,’ said he,
Is like the pouring rain when it falls in my hair.
Purple is the sweet taste of blackcurrant juice;
And white is like the windy breeze when it blows.
The taste of chocolate, that’s brown;
And yellow is like the sour taste of lemonade.
Red is the sweet smell of strawberries,
and green is the prickly grass when I sit on it.

and it was really icy,

Total distances of our class paper plane trials

 

This graph shows the total distance of the planes room 6 had made. For the first trial the boys planes managed to travel further than us girls but then us girls managed to catch up and overtake them.

6. Perfect,  now you have a friend to play with.
